The lifting mixing tank, also known as a mining mixing tank, is a vital piece of slurry agitation equipment used before the flotation process in mineral processing operations. This equipment is designed to fully mix slurry with reagents to improve flotation efficiency. It is powered by an electric motor that drives the impeller to rotate, ensuring the reagents and slurry are thoroughly mixed and reaction time is extended. The flotation mixing tank is widely applied in processing both metal and non-metallic ores.

The XBT lifting mixing tank is primarily used to lift and mix slurry in mineral processing flows where there is insufficient elevation difference. With a suction range of approximately 0.2M and a lifting height of around 1M, this ore processing mixing tank also agitates the slurry effectively.
The tank’s impeller operates similarly to a centrifugal pump, drawing slurry through the feed pipe into the impeller chamber. The slurry is then discharged centrifugally around the impeller, effectively suspending solid particles throughout the tank. This enables complete mixing and elevation of the slurry, critical in mineral beneficiation, especially in flotation mixing systems.
This equipment is ideal for ferrous and non-ferrous metal ore dressing plants, coal washing plants, and other facilities that require both slurry mixing and lifting.
