Project Overview


This project is located in Vietnam, where mountain sand extraction often contains mud, silt, and stone powder impurities with uneven particle size distribution. 
The client’s objective was to obtain high-quality aggregates that meet the strict requirements of concrete production
After technical consultation, we designed a complete mountain sand washing production line utilizing multiple washing and classification stages to ensure clean, durable, and uniform sand products.

Washing Process


The sand washing plant is designed to remove clay, silt, and other impurities while separating valuable aggregates. The process flow is as follows:


       
    1. Vibrating Feeder delivers raw material evenly to the trommel scrubber.

       
    1. Trommel Scrubber (two-stage washing) reduces clay content and screens oversized particles.

       
    1. Wheel Sand Washer provides secondary cleaning, ensuring minimal stone powder residue.

       
    1. Hydrocyclone classifies particles by size and removes fine mud.

       
    1. Dewatering Screen reduces moisture content, producing final clean aggregates.



This multi-stage washing process ensures that final sand and aggregates meet international concrete production standards, with low silt content and high consistency.
